Job Description
Our Vision
Key Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and insights to business stakeholders to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Work with the BI central team to develop grow and maintain BI assets (Git repositories Python codebase Databases/Schema Servers etc.)
Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders have access to relevant and meaningful insights
Contribute to knowledge sharing to ensure all business intelligence stakeholders have adequate documentation and training.
Provide adhoc support relating to data extraction and reporting.
Own the CRM through customization maintenance business requests and optimization for data gathering and reporting and ensure adherence to best practices.
Proactively identify trends that can help other business Stakeholders make business decisions to modernize and improve processes.
Provide monthly quarterly & weekly reports on business performance
Technical:
Maintain/provide technical support in terms of code for the development of dashboards KPIs reports and other analytical artifacts that expose key business insights into customers products marketing and operations.
Work closely with the BI Operations Lead to ensure data model and code definitions are aligned across TATC and with
business definitions.
Play a key role in data cleansing and mining as well as highlighting anomalies.
Management:
Guiding and training the BI intern/Junior BI into the business analyst role through technical training how to communicate with stakeholders and meet BI deliverables.
