Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat channels.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products services or policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all interactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Monitor and handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service live chat or a similar role.
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with live chat software and CRM tools.
- Techsavvy with a fast typing speed (50 WPM preferred).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
