Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email chat or phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products services or policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and report trends.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with customer service software CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in remote customer support or virtual roles.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms or online services.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining quality.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
