Job Description

Job Description:

  • Liaising with clients Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters;
  • To oversee all aspect of regulatory compliance for the Company ensuring adherence to the Companies Act Bursa Malaysia listing requirements Securities Commission guidelines relevant laws and other applicable regulations;
  • Coordinate board meetings prepare agendas collate and distribute meeting materials record minutes in compliance with statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and any other regulatory requirements such as Bursa Malaysia listing requirements etc.; and
  • Preparation of Directors and Members Resolution

Job Responsibilities:

  • Possess ICSA qualification or ICSA finalist;
  • Experience in similar role preferably as a Company Secretary or Assistant Company Secretary with indepth knowledge of Companies Act listing requirements and relevant experience in Sustainability practices;
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience;
  • At least 45 years relevant working experience can be consider for Assistant Manager and Manager position
  • Experience in handling publiclisted companies will be added advantage;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet datelines;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with senior management board members and external stakeholders in business environment;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to provide strategic advice and guidance in compliance matters;
  • Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive and confidential information;
  • Strong command of the English Language;
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel application; and
  • Proactive meticulous and able to work independently render relevant corporate secretarial support to the companys clients and meet deadlines
