Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Recruitment and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nantong China. In this role you will combine recruitment expertise with strong sales and business development skills to attract top talent and expand our client base. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent for diverse roles across various industries.
- Source screen and interview candidates using platforms like LinkedIn WeChat and 51Job ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Create and manage job advertisements to effectively reach and engage target talent pools.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines ensuring accurate and organized records in the CRM system (e.g. Manatal).
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Sales and Business Development
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new business prospects using platforms such as LinkedIn WeChat Liepin BOSS Zhipin and other industryspecific networks.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and present customized solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals presentations and business contracts to secure new partnerships.
- Build and maintain longterm client relationships to foster trust and ensure repeat business.
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting client needs including availability during weekends when required to address urgent requests or business opportunities.
Database Management
- Maintain and enhance internal candidate and client databases to support recruitment and business development efforts.
- Leverage data insights to refine sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment and client engagement metrics for internal review.
Training and Collaboration
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance recruitment sales and business development skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Skills & Competencies
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to secure and manage client relationships.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong skills in sourcing screening and candidate engagement.
- Database Management: Ability to maintain and analyze recruitment and business development data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take on new challenges.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Manatal) LinkedIn and professional platforms like WeChat and BOSS Zhipin.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sales business development or similar roles.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus but not required.
