daily morning meeting :
daily morning meeting with EMS team members related daily internal issue &
closed all open issue as per target date

Monitoring Process Performance:
Review and analyze the quality of products or services being produced
Ensure that processes are being followed according to standard operating
procedures (SOPs) approved by Tejas.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
Check supplier has follow the action submitted to Tejas in past.
Perform quick root cause analysis for any reported qualityrelated problems with
EMS team .
Collaborate with operators and team members to resolve issues

Process Audits & Inspections:
1) Perform daily shift SMT process checks and inspections of production lines or
service delivery processes to ensure compliance with Tejas quality standards.
2) Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance is up to date to avoid process
disruptions.
3) Review onthejob training for operators and team members related to process
quality standards.
4) Review nonconformance reports (NCR) and investigate the root causes of
defects or failures.
