- Leadership position with influence over Big Data strategy and innovation
- Opportunity to manage a team and collaborate on highimpact projects

- Ability to shape the data infrastructure and strategy of the organization
- Lead and manage the Big Data team including engineers and data analysts
- Oversee the design development and maintenance of scalable Big Data architectures
- Collaborate with business units to define data strategy and ensure alignment with business goals
- Drive data governance data quality and data security practices across the organization
- Implement best practices for data collection storage and processing
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Extensive experience with Big Data tools and technologies (Hadoop Spark NoSQL etc.)
- Proven experience leading and managing data engineering teams
- Strong understanding of distributed data processing cloud environments and data lakes
- Excellent leadership project management and communication skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in data science computer science or related fields
