Position: Factory Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Direction:
- Define the future direction and strategy for project acquisition.
- Develop strategic plans policies and short medium and longterm goals for the Plant and Machinery department.
- Coordinate monitor and improve operations resolve issues and establish procedures related to plant and machinery operations. Provide advice on both human resource management and budgeting. Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and directives.
- Establish policies and operational standards develop strategic plans coordinate monitor and oversee finance accounting budgeting and tax planning. Provide advice on various aspects of plant and machinery operations ensuring compliance with laws regulations and directives.
- Build trust and strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Operational Planning:
- Oversee and approve the preparation of annual plans and budgets.
- Enhance the efficiency of plant and machinery management and the utilization of company resources.
- Manage oversee and approve all expenses incurred by the plant and machinery department.
- KPI Monitoring and Controlling:
- Support and monitor the performance of various departments to achieve set goals.
- Monitor evaluate and control the operations of departments under direct responsibility to meet short medium and longterm objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Internal Control and Risk Management:
- Propose policies for establishing a sound internal control system. Oversee the management of various risks to ensure that the processes of both headquarters and projects are highly efficient and effective.
- Oversee the operations of the plant and machinery department to ensure a sound internal control system is in place as an ongoing process and is integrated into the normal operations of all levels of employees and is at a reasonable level.
- Ensure that risk management is consistent with the integrated enterprise risk management framework.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Define policies for the continuous development of work systems to achieve the companys mission.
- Improve the companys operations in accordance with standards.
- Coaching and Mentoring:
- Provide training and advice to subordinates to develop their knowledge skills and full potential.
- Develop a plan for the continuous development of knowledge and skills of personnel in the unit such as training promoting examinations and certifications.
- Quality Environment Occupational Health and Safety:
- Collaborate with senior management to analyze the companys context set strategic directions and assess organizational risks.
- Promote the continuous improvement of the Q&SHE management system.
- Act as a safety officer manage and attend training as required by law safety and occupational health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- 10 years of management experience
- Indepth expertise in mechanical engineering
- Handson experience with machinery
- Knowledge and understanding of machinery and construction
- Knowledge and understanding of special tools (Launcher)
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Knowledge and skills in strategic planning for machinery and construction
- Good command of English.
