Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage crossfunctional teams drive project milestones and ensure successful project delivery within scope timeline and budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the endtoend management of multiple projects or programs.
- Define program scope goals and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage program risks issues and dependencies ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Track program performance and progress ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on program status.
- Handle team performance management goal setting and ensure resource allocation aligns with program needs.
- Drive continuous improvement within the program management process.
Requirements:
- Ability to fluently speak Japanese and English
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (4 years) as a Program Manager in largescale multiteam projects.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- PMP PRINCE2 or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Working knowledge in the telecom industry preferred
- Experience working on outcomebased engagements.
