What you will do:
- Lead Agile adoption driving cultural shifts toward collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams Product Owners and leaders.
- Facilitate Agile practices structures and ceremonies ensuring effective outcomes.
- Design and deliver Agile training sessions tailored to organizational needs.
- Support scaling Agile practices across departments creating bestpractice frameworks.
- Define and track KPIs aligned with Axpos digitalization strategy to measure success.
- Foster continuous learning and establish Communities of Practice to drive adoption.
What you bring & who you are:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach Release Train Engineer or similar role.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum Kanban SAFe and tools like Atlassian Jira.
- Skilled in designing and delivering training with certifications (e.g. SPC PST) a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and metrics to support Agile workflows.
- Strong coaching facilitation and communication skills with a customercentric mindset.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; German is an advantage.
