We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. Your role will focus on designing infrastructure automating deployments and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating closely with the development team you will help implement scalable DevOps practices that enhance system reliability scalability and performance. This position provides the opportunity to lead initiatives that integrate DevOps principles across all phases of product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and quality in product development.
- Build scalable infrastructure using modern DevOps tools.
- Automate build testing and deployment pipelines to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure to ensure secure robust and scalable systems.
- Ensure system reliability availability and performance in line with organizational needs.
Skills and Experience
Experience:
- Training as an IT specialist a degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructurerelated roles.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in infrastructure design deployment automation and maintenance in DevOps environments.
- Proficiency with deployment automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Docker Kubernetes Jenkins).
- Skilled in scripting languages like Python Bash or PowerShell.
- Proficient in objectoriented programming languages such as C# .NET or Java.
- Experience with version control systems like SVN and Git.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms containerization and infrastructure as code.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
Soft Skills:
- Analytical and structured problemsolving approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
