Position: Product Manager
Reports to: Market Director
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Product Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the product and service portfolio ensuring alignment with customer needs market trends and company goals. The role involves developing new products driving product performance and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
MISSION DETAILS:
- Conduct market analysis monitor competitors and enhance knowledge of the product range.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from development to market launch through growth and phaseout.
- Lead crossfunctional teams (R&D marketing and sales) to drive new product development and market adaptation.
- Develop datadriven product strategies using KPIs and customer feedback to inform decisionmaking.
- Create and implement operational marketing plans (communication merchandising installation) in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Oversee product performance indicators (revenue margin volumes etc.) and initiate corrective actions to meet targets.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and strategic growth including new product categories and geographic areas.
- Promote sustainable and innovative product solutions in line with environmental standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in office tools: Excel PowerPoint and data analytics software.
- Strong crossfunctional and hierarchical management abilities.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
REQUIRED INITIAL TRAINING:
- A BAC 5 degree (Masters level) from a business school or university with a specialization in Marketing or from an engineering school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing including at least 3 years as a Product Manager.
