Position Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Resourcing to lead and expand our flexible resourcing service. This role requires a strategic resultsoriented leader with expertise in professional services particularly within legal resourcing. You will develop strategies to grow the client base expand into new markets and enhance the resourcing pool while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your network and collaborate with the business development team to grow the client base.
- Manage and nurture relationships across legal financial services and corporate sectors.
- Gather client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients crafting tailored resourcing solutions.
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure highquality candidate submissions that align with client needs.
- Lead and mentor the resourcing team to maintain high service standards.
- Optimise internal processes for operational efficiency.
- Partner with talent acquisition teams to source top candidates.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and drive growth.
- Expand the resourcing pool and explore untapped client sectors
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in resourcing or talent acquisition ideally within legal corporate or financial sectors.
- Proven ability to grow and profitably manage a business division.
- Experience in a flexible resourcing environment at a law firm or ALSP is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive resultsdriven approach.
- Excellent communication skills including presenting to senior stakeholders.
