Job Objective:
Implement solutions for new clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of medium and high complexity implementation projects.
Lead the design phase of solutions for low complexity projects.
Guide the consulting team during the build production preparation Go Live and stabilization phases. This responsibility includes planning coordinating and overseeing configuration tasks training and testing.
Train and develop the consulting team under your supervision.
Collaborate with Project Managers in project governance (monitoring and controlling progress change management problem resolution etc.).
Contribute to the improvement of methodologies processes and project management tools.
During the first 6 to 9 months the focus will be on learning the application/software through onthejob training. You will be assigned projects alongside Senior Consultants or more experienced Architects in the company.
Mandatory Requirements:
University graduates in IT fields (exceptionally in business such as Industrial Engineering or a Bachelors in Business Administration with technical knowledge).
Experience in implementing management software (TMS WMS ERP) preferably in IT solutions for logistics and operations in medium or small companies. Minimum required experience is:
