Your Mission:
Payroll: Administer and upload payroll data to an external payroll provider and monitor the completion of a pay cycle
Recruitment and Staffing: coordinate international sourcing and recruitment efforts ensuring compliance with local hiring regulations connecting with agencies extending offers managing onboarding and offboarding processes and reporting.
Employee Relations: Manage sickness process promote a positive workplace culture organize personnel events write company announcements prepare/renew contracts and more.
Compensation and Benefits: Monitor current international compensation and benefits programs to support in development of new ones and map markets to ensure fairness and competitiveness across various regions.
Training and Development: Support with engagement survey and performance review cycle coordinate external training activities.
Policy Development: Update HR policies and procedures that align with local laws and global company standards where needed ensuring consistency and fairness.
