Job Description
Evac has been a pioneer in sustainable technologies and solutions for decades. Today we are the worlds leading provider of integrated Evac water waste and wastewater technologies Cathelco corrosion protection and marine growth prevention and HEM freshwater systems.
As a Project Engineer at Evac you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of technical aspects for our projects. You will act as the bridge between our global engineering teams customers and project stakeholders driving innovative and sustainable solutions in alignment with project specifications and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions with customers during the project execution phase including comment responses and technical clarifications.
- Ensure smooth and comprehensive technical handover from Sales.
- Break down engineering tasks based on technical specifications.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to implement optimal process and mechanical designs.
- Oversee automation and electrical design to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor and report engineering progress status and budget to the Project Manager.
- Review and optimize engineeringrelated costs.
- Support project purchasing production Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and delivery processes.
- Provide technical support and contribute to project management activities.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant engineering field.
- Strong understanding of engineering requirements in the marine industry.
- Experience with process equipment process design and electrical/automation systems.
- Proven ability to manage the technical scope of projects and communicate effectively with customer technical teams.
- Capable of guiding design teams and reviewing their outputs.
- Fluent English skills are highly preferred.
