WHO YOU ARE:
- Understanding of supply chain management product sourcing warehousing/shipping cost optimization & product development
- A gogetter who is all about getting it done FAST who understands the speed of online ecommerce and can learn & execute fast
- Good with people great working together as a team no solo action aligning the team on KPIs fastfeedback loops feedback & motivation are second nature
- Havent had the experience of doing a specific task / project excited to learn adopt and integrate fast failing forward without losing too much money
THE COMPANY:
Our founder already helped another sleep brand with a similar product to grow $12 million per year in revenue 2022early 2024.
Now our goal is to build a better product expand into different areas in the sleep market and go to the next level with an excellent product team & marketing.
Were building a company where everyone is growing as a person its challenging hard but ultimately rewarding.
Right now were still in the figuring it out stage since we only launched 4 months ago and were looking for someone to help us figure it out.
Someone who loves getting his hands dirty working long hours and building something that he/she can be proud of (and that actually helps a lot of people and produces a ton of cash).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- If I was an Operations Manager I could tell you that but my background is marketing & sales our founder
- Take care of sourcing & branding the best products that suit our brands and help our customers and making sure they arrive on time
- Managing overseeing and improving Customer Service Team so we have happy customers & low returns
- Executing!!! Plenty of ideas but little is executed yet you will be the one to plan execute and keep track that the plan actually works in other words we need someone who can integrate the vision of the company
- Build manage & maintain a great team being there with & for the team making sure everyone knows why & what theyre doing and we have the necessary people with the necessary skills in place to realize our vision
COMPENSATION:
Your compensation is only dependent on YOU your experience skills and values
Look we are a startup we dont have venture capital BUT we do have good capital for the RIGHT fit.
That means if YOU are the right person and you think that everything we mentioned in this post 100% aligns with you then we will come up with the right compensation.
We have no issues paying very well if the value provided is very high.
The best part is that we are also open to discuss a profitshare arrangement from day one for the right candidate.
WORKING HOURS:
Full commitment. Full time or 24/7. Were looking for people who will be all in on this. And since this is a startup startup there will be no/very less time off. BUT of course youre free to manage your own time and if you are the right fit you will be open to give it your all. No other priorities or more important things to do.
Requirements
- Operations Manager experienced in growing ecommerce brands from $0 $10 million (preferably familiar with direct response)
- Track record of building a brand from $0 to $10m in annual revenue
- Growth Mindset always hungry to learn and excited to build something together with a small & young team
