- 3 years experience in high end fine dinning restaurant enviroment
- Experience dealing with very distinguished clientele
- Practical experience and understanding of Asian related quisine / dishes
- Understanding of wine and wines of the Cape Town / winelands region
- Practical experience with POS systems
- Practical experience with order management systems
- Mathematical skills
- Above average customer service skills
- Exceptionally well presented
- Abover average English skills
- Food and drink ordering experience
