OP is primarily musculoskeletal and orthopedic with smaller population of neurological dx or diseases. Depending on the skill set of the PT we do have pediatrics that are referred. General physical therapy: Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans based on evaluation findings that will allow the pt to return to their highest functional level. Working with members of the community and organizations to further the understanding and application of Physical Therapy within their settings. We also work with our business partners to reduce employee injuries and improve safety. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EPIC for EMR. Demonstrate competency with modality use and equipment that is used for tests and measures. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min 1 year PT experience in the past 3 years. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. ND Physical Therapy license BLS AHA Shift or schedule requirements. MF 85. There is no call or weekend work at this time. Floating to over units/departments. None Dress Code: charcoal scrubs or business casual The Physical Therapist will be inserviced on all computer and documentation use. The therapist will be inserviced on all equipment use and precautions. For any surgical protocols the therapist will be given copies and education as needed for any protocols.
