Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior US Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing strategies and initiatives across the United States. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing from brand strategy to campaign execution ensuring that marketing efforts align with the companys objectives market trends and customer needs. You will manage a team of marketing professionals and work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective marketing delivery and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: -
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the US market to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends consumer insights and opportunities for growth.
- Create and implement a gotomarket strategy for new products and services within the US market.

Campaign Development & Execution:
- Lead the design and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns including digital social media print email and experiential marketing.
- Oversee campaign timelines budgets and KPIs to ensure successful execution and achievement of objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance adjusting tactics to optimize results and ROI.

Team Management & Development:
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming marketing team ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
- Provide ongoing feedback performance evaluations and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative environment and encourage innovation within the marketing team.

Brand Management & Positioning:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints maintaining a strong unified brand presence in the US market.
- Work closely with product sales and customer service teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned with customer expectations.

Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the US marketing budget ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely execution of campaigns.
- Regularly track and report on campaign spend vs. budget and adjust as necessary.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product sales customer service and other departments to develop integrated marketing strategies and ensure alignment across the business.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on marketing performance and strategy.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitive landscape and emerging trends.
- Use data to inform marketing decisions and refine strategies ensuring the brands competitiveness and relevance in the US market.

Customer Engagement & Experience:
- Focus on customer acquisition retention and engagement strategies to increase lifetime value and loyalty.
- Optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints ensuring positive experiences that align with brand expectations.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates to leadership.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: experience in US marketing with a proven track record of managing largescale marketing campaigns and teams.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Expertise in digital marketing including SEO SEM content marketing email marketing and social media advertising.
- DataDriven: Proven ability to analyze data generate insights and apply them to improve marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
- Creative & Innovative: Ability to think outside the box develop innovative marketing strategies and manage creative processes.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo).
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau).
- Knowledge of the US market customer behavior and trends across industries.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing.
