Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
- AI/ML Solution Development: Design build and deploy AI and machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
- Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members promoting best practices and advanced methodologies.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning leveraging new technologies to enhance existing systems or create innovative solutions.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with product managers software engineers and stakeholders to define project requirements develop technical specifications and deliver effective AI solutions.
- Data Preparation: Conduct data analysis preprocessing and feature engineering to prepare highquality datasets for machine learning models.
- Model Development: Train validate and optimize machine learning models to meet performance and accuracy goals.
- Deployment & Maintenance: Implement AI models in production monitor their performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency.
- Documentation: Create thorough documentation of models algorithms and methodologies to facilitate reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions align with ethical guidelines data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Electrical Engineering or a related field; a PhD is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning including a proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C.
- Indepth experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis data mining and data visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
