Role Overview / Responsibilities:
Build & lead India team across various remits of CTO functions Core Inf ra (including Cloud) Workspace
Identity & Access Tech Platform Services Automation services Architecture
Work with global functional heads to drive delivery of strategic CTO programs f rom India
CTO India organizational Remit Build Attract Retain talent build engineering capabilities mentor India
CTO leads in partnership with Global leads
Design and implement robust Application Platform Services through standardization of tools & technologies
across Group IT functions.
Lead the development implementation & operations of DevOps tools ranging from Jira GIT Jenkins / GIT CI
SonarQube Ansible etc.
Expected to have good understanding of CI /CD frameworks / tools Testing & Release automation strategies
and tools.
Experience on implementing Telemetry tools using Prometheus Grafana ELK RiverMuse etc.
Partner with Application Development & S/W engineering teams to drive Developer Experience (DevEx)
initiative.
Continuously evaluate enhance maintain evergreen state of Application platform services tools / technology
Collaborate with technology / tool vendors within remit of platform services
