Job Description

Position Dialysis Technician

Required Attributes : 12 years of experience

The candidate should be able to travel to both hospitals and patients homes.

The candidate should preferably have a twowheeler for easier transportation.

Responsibility

Initial education of patients on the renal replacement therapy
Flushing at Catheter Insertion
Train patients/care giver on the process of peritoneal dialysis and education on how to avoid infection
Visit patients for follow up and undertake a complete re call of the patients compliance to earlier instruction
Guide the patient / care taker through the entire process of peritoneal dialysis exchange including room set up hand washing exit site care dressing and actual exchange
Prepare a detailed note on observations including biochemistry reports and share with care taker/ patient and clinical TL
