Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Evaluate and understand bid specifications and drawings ensuring that all details have been reviewed to provide clients with an accurate price quotation.
Solicit pricing for materials equipment and subcontractors as needed.
Submit well written and proper RFIs to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Submit proposals to GCs in a timely manner.
Assess cost effectiveness of products and installations as projects develop.
Complete scope reviews and buyout process when necessary
Follow ups on jobs quoted.
Handoff meeting of awarded projects to Project Manager
Continuously striving towards building rewarding Vendor relations
Qualifications
Experience in Division 10 and 12 is a must.
Experience with the following software is preferred: On Center Takeoff.
Associates/bachelors degree with 5 years or more equivalent experience.
Ability to read and understand Architectural Plans Specifications Addenda Bulletins etc.
Must have good record keeping skills and ability to meet required deadlines.
Must have keen attention to details strong logical problemsolving abilities communicate clearly.
Great computer skills leadership abilities
Selfsufficient
Wants to be part of a team and work with others.
