Job Description
Open Workshop for Architecture OWA is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team located in downtown Tampa. This role focuses on managing and producing construction documentation for highend midtolarge scale commercial and civic projects in collaboration with a team that values innovative and thoughtful design solutions.
Position Overview: As a Project Manager at OWA you will lead the production and coordination of construction documentation throughout all design phases. You will also manage external consultants ensuring the coordination of their work and the delivery of highquality accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed construction documents and specifications.
Use BIM (Revit) to produce and coordinate all project documentation and resolve technical and designrelated issues.
Manage external consultants through all phases of the design process ensuring the drawings are properly coordinated.
Participate in and lead weekly project meetings and client presentations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in Architecture (Registered Architect preferred).
- 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of building codes standards and structural systems.
- Expertise in Revit required; Proficiency in AutoCAD BlueBeam Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead teams.
