Job Title: ERP Helpdesk Coordinator (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor ERP system performance and logs to detect potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure appropriate rolebased access control is maintained to comply with security and governance policies.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of ERP updates or changes on existing workflows.
- Communicate upcoming changes to users and provide guidance on adapting to new features.
- Gather requirements from users for ERP customizations and enhancements.
- Work with technical teams to prioritize and implement these changes.
- Assist users in generating and customizing ERP reports as needed.
- Provide insights and metrics on system usage and support requests to management.
- Help troubleshoot and support integrations between the ERP system and other software (e.g. CRM HRIS or supply chain tools).
- Support internal and external audits by providing required ERP data or access logs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain an escalation process for critical or unresolved issues involving higherlevel IT teams or vendors.
- Continuously update internal and external knowledge base resources with lessons learned from resolved tickets and user feedback.
- Collaborate on backup and recovery strategies for ERPrelated data and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Experience with APIs data flows or middleware used in ERP systems.
- Understanding of database systems like SQL for basic querying and troubleshooting.
- Analytical thinking to identify root causes of issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Ability to interact effectively with nontechnical users and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Support ERPrelated projects such as module rollouts or system upgrades by tracking progress and milestones.
- Awareness of industryspecific ERP modules (e.g. manufacturing finance or healthcare) for tailored support.
- ITIL certification for service management.
- ERPspecific certifications (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate Oracle ERP Cloud certification).
- Ability to handle highpressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to document and explain solutions clearly.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
