Job Title: Branch Manager Home Loan and LAP
Location: Navsari (Gujarat)
CTC Upto 8LPA
Reports to: Regional Head / Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee and drive the sales and operations of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) in Gujarat. The role involves managing branch performance leading a sales team developing business strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve branch sales targets for Home Loans and LAP; drive business growth and market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead train and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daytoday operations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Customer Focus: Ensure high customer satisfaction address queries and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Strategy: Analyze market trends identify opportunities and create strategies for growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 35 years in Home Loans/LAP with 23 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and sales skills; knowledge of local market dynamics.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in Gujarati Hindi and English.
