1. Sales and Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share in the designated regions.
Identify new business opportunities target markets and customer segments.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to keep abreast of industry trends and advancements.
2. Client and Distributor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers distributors and key accounts.
Lead the process of appointing and managing new distributors and dealers.
Provide product training and support to distributors to ensure proper product representation and sales growth.
3. Technical and Product Expertise:
Utilize indepth knowledge of HVAC air conditioning and heat pump systems to address client requirements effectively.
Present product specifications technical details and costbenefit analyses to clients and stakeholders.
4. Business Development:
Drive endtoend sales processes including prospecting negotiating and closing sales.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively convert leads into successful deals.
Support pricing strategies promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
5. Customer Support and Engagement:
Address client concerns provide postsales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits and followups to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a background in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
Prior experience in the heat pump sector is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to manage and grow distributor and dealer networks.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and achieve targets.
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of the HVAC and heat pump market in India.
Proficiency in sales processes customer relationship management and market analysis.
Ability to identify customer needs and present customized solutions.
