Job Description for Trade Marketing Executive (Fresher / 23 Years of Experience):

Job Title: Trade Marketing Executive

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and resultsdriven Trade Marketing Executive Fresher or with 23 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in developing and executing trade marketing strategies collaborating with sales teams and driving brand visibility and product growth in retail and trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support brand growth and sales in retail channels.
  • Plan and coordinate trade promotions events and instore activities to drive product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales marketing and category management teams to align trade strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyse market data and customer insights to inform trade marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Manage and track trade marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Work with retail partners to design and implement instore displays pointofsale materials and promotions.
  • Monitor the performance of trade marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials and activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners to ensure smooth execution of trade programs.
  • Manage promotional product launches seasonal campaigns and product activations in stores.
  • Prepare and present performance reports on trade marketing activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in trade marketing retail marketing or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles retail environments and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and external partners.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with retailers and vendors.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing and social media for trade promotions.
  • Experience in a fastpaced or FMCG (FastMoving Consumer Goods) environment.
  • Knowledge of brand management and retail sales strategies.
