Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling this person will use their expertise to generate Outbound Lead Qualify the Marketing Qualified Leads leading to Sales Opportunities with New Customers.


Responsibilities
  • Carryout the Different Sales Activity for Lead Generation to Meet the Revenue Generation Target (Activity Can be: Calling Field Visit Email Etc)
  • Fixing Meetings with the Prospect for Different Purpose Like Company Introducing Technical Discussion Negotiation Service Demonstrates Etc
  • Prepare & Share the Proposal & Tender Documents
  • Followup Discussion and Negotiation
  • Closing Deal


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred Engineering) / MBA Marketing (Preferred) / 2 Years of Sales Experience
  • Proven Experience in Sales or Business development Preferably in the Engineering / Consultancy industry.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively engage with clients and present our services.
  • Ability to conduct effective lead generation activities including tele calling and field visits.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Sale Navigator & Zoho / Microsoft CRM and Similar tools.
  • Strong technical acumen to understand client requirements and prepare technocommercial offers.
  • Experience in tender document preparation and understanding of bidding processes.
