Are you a fluent/native Pashto speaker and have affinity with the world of social media Then read on! Were looking for Pashto Social Media Content Moderators on behalf of our multinational client located in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator your mission is to ensure a safe platform where all content adheres to community guidelines. You will analyze and moderate content posted on social media to determine if it violates any policies. This includes reviewing comments user appeals and cover titles. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing competent and excellent content moderation services ensuring all platform compliance regulations are followed. You will be working on the Pashto market contributing to a better experience for our users. Your daily activities will include: Screening usergenerated content for online platforms including text images videos and more. Reviewing content (videos images text and audio) according to processes and policies. Providing services on a 24/7 shift rotation. Disclaimer: Please note that these tasks may involve exposure to sensitive content. The project starts on September 2 2024. Initial paid training period will be provided. Contract: temporary 1 year contract extendable; becomes a permanent contract after 2 years of continuous employment Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday providing 24/7 coverage Requirements: Native Pashto speaker with English (B2). Should be good both in speaking AND in writing. Residing or willing to move to Lisbon for this role; Authorisation to work in Portugal: you have a EU member state citizenship or a Portuguese Residence Permit; Available to work onsite on a 24/7 basis in a rotational shift pattern.
