We are Hiring Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Oncology/Palliative Care for our Hospital client in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.
- Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients care.
- Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
- It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.
- Assists with patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Possess two to four years of acute setting postregistration experience (important)
- Possess a minimum of one years experience in management (recommended)
- Possess a recognized degree or relevant experience in the field (recommended)
- Have finished a management training course (preferred)
- Possess demonstrated clinical and professional aptitude
- Possess strong IT abilities and be adept at using all necessary software.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity for independent work.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and the capacity to interact successfully with both personnel and patients.
- Exhibit great enthusiasm and motivation.
- Possess a track record of performing well under duress.
- Possess the capacity to interact with employees at all organizational levels.
