Job Description
As a Senior Power BI Developer you will play a pivotal role in shaping datadriven decisionmaking processes across the organization. By designing and deploying dynamic highimpact dashboards you ll provide clear insights into KPIs and performance metrics for diverse teams. Leveraging your financial acumen and Power BI expertise you ll transform complex data into actionable strategies. Collaborating with finance IT and business stakeholders you ll ensure seamless integration of data sources oversee quality assurance testing and optimize dashboard performance to align with the organization s financial objectives. Your contributions will empower teams to streamline processes and achieve impactful results.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Work Setup: Remote
- Design and implement interactive userfriendly Power BI dashboards.
- Convert complex business needs into powerful data visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Develop ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and quality.
- Monitor optimize and troubleshoot Power BI performance.
- Maintain data security compliance and governance protocols.
- Provide mentorship and training on Power BI best practices.
- Continuously explore innovative analytics and visualization techniques.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek: Your Superpowers
- 8 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
- 5 years in Power BI dashboard development with 2 years in complex production environments.
- Expertise in SQL including advanced queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Handson experience with SSRS and SSIS.
- Strong proficiency in DAX TSQL and Power BI features.
- Familiarity with Git Azure DevOps and advanced Power BI deployment.
- Excellent organizational problemsolving and communication skills.
- Passion for collaboration in fastpaced clientfocused environments.
