Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial activities and providing expert financial advice to our clients. As a Chartered Accountant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare review and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting principles standards and legal requirements. Present financial reports to management clients and other stakeholders as necessary.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets financial forecasts and cash flow projections. Provide recommendations for cost reduction revenue
enhancement and profit maximization based on financial analysis.
Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance activities including preparation and filing of tax returns ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations. Provide advice on tax strategies and optimize tax efficiencies for clients.
Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis including variance analysis ratio analysis and trend analysis. Identify key financial indicators and
provide insights to aid decisionmaking processes.
Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and
minimize fraud or errors.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations standards and laws. Stay updated with changes in accounting and tax
regulations and communicate necessary adjustments to the organization.
Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends accounting standards and best practices. Pursue continuous professional development opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues.
Qualifications:
Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
23 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.
Proficient in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting techniques.
