The ideal candidate will be skilled at creating captivating content analyzing social media trends and engaging with our online community to build a strong digital footprint.
o Job Description:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand goals aiming to grow any given audience and increase engagement.
Create and schedule engaging content
Monitor social media trends and analytics
Manage community interactions fostering positive conversations and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams
Measurement /Evaluation of campaigns
Analyze social media performance adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement.
Keep up with social trends memes and algorithms infusing fun and relevance into social presence.
o KPIs:
Growth in social media followers
Engagement rate (likes comments shares)
Frequency and quality of posts
Success of social media campaigns (measured by specific campaign goals)
Response time and quality of online engagement
o KRAs:
Audience Growth: Increase in social media followers and overall reach.
Engagement Rate: Engagement metrics such as likes comments and shares.
Content Frequency and Quality: Regular posting of highquality and engaging content.
Campaign Success: Success of social media campaigns based on specific goals and metrics.
Community Engagement: Responsiveness and quality of engagement with the online community
