Job Description
- Welcoming guests with a friendly smile creating a warm and inviting atmosphere as their first point of contact.
- Delivering outstanding service attentively catering to guest needs and exceeding expectations throughout their visit.
- Building rapport with VIPs and regular guests to ensure personalized and memorable experiences.
- Thriving in a fastpaced environment bringing experience from a starclass hotel or a vibrant restaurant setting.
- Confidently communicating in English while being approachable and supportive to those for whom English is not their first language.

Qualifications :
You will be:
- Bringing at least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service with a strong foundation in customer care
- Confident in your communication skills both written and verbal while offering support to guests for whom English may not be their first language
- Providing exceptional service creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Leveraging your background in hospitality with experience in a fastpaced restaurant or 5star Hotel environment
- Organized energetic and passionate about delivering memorable experiences that guests will appreciate and cherish
- Approachable and professional with a flair for making every guest feel valued and cared for
