Job Description
Grade Programmer Analyst (PA)
ONLY IMMEDIATE OR SHORT JOINERS (who can join before 30th NOV)
Key Responsibilities:
- User Experience Design:
- Collaborate with product managers designers and developers to understand user needs goals and pain points.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- FrontEnd Development:
- Implement user interface designs using frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices and optimize UI performance for speed and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with serverside functionality.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and developers throughout the design and development process.
- Communicate design concepts rationale and technical requirements effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and guidance to colleagues on UX/UI design principles and frontend development best practices.
