Job Description
The Al Hokair Group is a leading company in the Middle East. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to ensure the success of the food and beverage department
Manage and lead a team of chefs servers and other staff members
Ensure high quality of food and beverage offerings while maintaining cost control
Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions for the department
Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to increase revenue
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
Train and develop staff to maintain a professional and efficient team
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the food and beverage offerings
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a highvolume setting
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets
Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
