Job Description:
As a Production Technician you will play a key role in highcomplexity lowvolume production focusing on areas such as robotics missiles and underwater products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing design documents to ensure producibility and testability.
- Specifying requirements for tools and fixtures.
- Developing manufacturing preparations and creating detailed work instructions.
- Providing technical support to assembly teams.
- Training employees in new methods and workflows.
- Ensuring quality assurance and monitoring manufacturing processes.
You will collaborate closely with purchasing production planning project management and the development team to optimize production flows and drive continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with complex products ideally with an electronics background.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Production principles.
- Experience in process improvement and challenging traditional practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive improvementfocused mindset.
