David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking Inbound Sales Representative for their Valencia office.
Position: Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Valencia Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact potential clients using various channels (phone email)
- Handle inbound presales enquiries (coming via telephone or email) by giving to customer detailed information on products
- Refer non sales /presales enquiries to the right organization
- Manage customer/reseller requests on spare parts by checking spare part stocks & availability
- Close inbound sales for B2C customers
- Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities and pass the lead to the team in charge
- Refer/Transfer Reseller & Retailer/eTailer enquiries to the right organization
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in French (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum of 1year relevant experience
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone email)
- Knowledge of sales techniques (up/crossselling objection handling etc.)
- Computer literate with solid IT knowledge
- Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
- Outstanding communication with ability to emphasize negotiate and persuade
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
- Ability to follow the security rules of the company
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
