- Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead TYPO3 and other web development projects from proposal to successful golive.
- Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary teams comprising developers designers and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to time budget and quality standards for all projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients understanding their requirements translating them into actionable tasks for the development team and overseeing the entire process.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and alignment.
- Solve problems and manage conflicts under tight deadlines to ensure project success.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Lead in an agency or comparable setting.
- Indepth knowledge of web development particularly with TYPO3 and a solid technical understanding.
- Ability to empathize with clients understand their perspectives and identify the business value of online services.
- Strong stress management skills selfreliance and the ability to remain calm and solutionfocused in highpressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with developers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with traditional project structures and agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
- Analytical structured and goaloriented working style.
- Proficiency in German at C1 level or higher.
- Assertive decisive and capable of setting clear directions to drive projects efficiently.
- Precise and analytical with a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless technical execution.
