As Regional AfterSales Specialist you will:
- Drive and develop partners service preparation execution and service performance assessment ensure annual service target and the goal achievement steering the partners continuous service level improvement.
- Regional dealer regular visit organize meeting workshop and other activities with regional partners review the business plan. Be responsible for the aftersales projects development execution and assessment.
- Secure the quality of our service network by timely training tooling and other supportive materials
- Regional customer satisfaction follow up (NPS) assist partners to close customer complaint in time Goodwill authorization and management.
- Coordinate the spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team and steering parts service level improvement.;
- Support the regional aftermarket activities and service campaign implementation;
Your profile:
- 2 years previous customer service/contact centre experience;
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Czech Chinese is a plus.
- An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Active listening skills;
- Patience and the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Receptive to constructive feedback and open to improvement
- Good time management;
- Sales and persuasive skills.
