What We Do
- Grant Funding
We help our clients secure up to EUR 15 million in taxfree nondilutive funding through government grants. - Debt Fundraising
We support our clients in raising venture debt by leveraging our network expertise and document preparation services. - FundedOS
Our proprietary SaaS solution streamlines all aspects of our consulting services and serves as a standalone platform for clients who prefer a selfservice approach to nondilutive fundraising.
Tasks
What you can expect at FUNDED
- Venture Capital: As a link between investors and ventures FUNDED helps ventures with one of their biggest challenges: fundraising. We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem cooperating closely with many venture capital funds and debt providers. Our clientele includes some of the most forwardthinking and wellfunded Tech Start and ScaleUps in Germany placing us at the heart of innovation.
- StartUp: As a young & fastgrowing startup every team member is involved in the firms decisions thus being a part of our growth story. All of our employees receive a share of the companys success via our participation compensation.
- Consulting: Project based we work shouldertoshoulder with the founders of some of the most innovative startups and scaleups in Germany We create added value for our customers through our expertise network and superior operational support for quantitative and qualitative tasks
As a Senior Associate you will work closely with our clients the founder and the entire team to
- dive into our exciting Consulting activities owning client projects endtoend via immediate client exposure and tight collaboration with the founder and entire team
- shape the future of our SaaS product by help to expand our offering and enable our Tech team
- owning internal projects endtoend e.g. developing new client solutions creating partnerships supporting ongoing internal and external projects
Requirements
We look for strong proofpoints that you are able to
- Autonomously work and communicate with senior clients i.e. at eye level with founders and Clevel of ventures ranging from preseed to preIPO
- Structure and execute complex tasks simultaneously i.e. work on multiple consulting cases while driving further topics at FUNDED
- Willing to learn and apply a high level of professionalism and efficiency i.e. set and meet deadlines rigorously apply 80/20 methods and work outcome driven
Candidates interested in this role should
- possess a minimum of two/ ideally three years of fulltime work experience in relevant sectors i.e. Consulting Banking Investment firm
- possess a Bachelors/ ideally a Masters or PhD degree from any academic background
- possess fluent German language skills
