Job Description
It is a 13week assignment
90% of the work will involve outpatient patients and 10% will involve observation patients
Working hours range from 36 to 40 hours per week
The shifts will vary taking place Monday to Friday with at least one or two days working until 5:30 PM
The Physical Therapist (PT) will primarily work with an adult population but some pediatric experience is also required
The use of EPIC EMR is necessary
The PT should have at least 2 years of experience in acute care and/or outpatient care
Experience in orthopedics concussion vestibular and pelvic control therapy is preferred
The PT will need to float and travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites without additional mileage reimbursement
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
The PT must have an Ohio license and registry
The PT will work a day shift with varied start times including a rotational weekend call
