Job Description
Overseeing daily and longterm strategic management of software and technologyrelated hardware within the company.
Planning monitoring and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
Identifying controlling recording reporting auditing and verifying service assets and configuration items.
Managing assets and configuration.
Providing IT operational support.
Managing resources and stakeholders.
Having 35 years of relevant experience in the same field preferably with a multicultural corporation/organization.
Having previous experience in IT service desk and operation support.
Being well exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT Asset and configuration management and Service management practice Customer Services service quality.
Qualifying to degree level in a computing related subject.
Having substantial experience in computing or information technology.
Holding an ITIL Service Management qualification.
Having working knowledge on Hardware Software and Network.
Possessing excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
Being persuasive and assertive with the ability to change behavior to ensure optimal utilisation of IT resources.
Having customer service attitudes skills.
Being able to multitask and organize competing priorities.
Having teamwork skills.
Having communication and interpersonal skills.
Being able to prepare and understand written materials.
