Job Description
Job Title: RN Pediatrics Outpatient Department
Location: Chinle AZ
Duration: 1 year (options for 26 weeks or fulltime)
Start Date: Jan 2025
Shift Schedule: 8 & 12hours shift

Qualifications:
Experience: 36 months of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year in the specialty.
License: Must hold a current valid RN license from any state.
Certification: AHA BLS ACLS PALS
Responsibilities:
- Apply the nursing process to deliver individualized goaloriented care to pediatric patients.
- Utilize scientific psychosocial and cultural principles to meet the holistic needs of Native American patients.
- Recognize disease processes complications and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Administer medications monitor effects and manage side effects or complications.
- Stay updated on childhood immunizations and provide patient education.
- Interpret medical procedures and implement suitable nursing interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and engage respectfully with patients and families.
