Job Description
- Provide skilled comprehensive nursing care. Does triage treatments and maintain health records. Does patient assessments followup and evaluates outcomes. Develops individual care plans.
- Provide contraceptive counseling and nursing care of prenatal postpartum and gynecological patients. Recognize complications and implement appropriate therapeutic intervention required
- Coordinate routine and specialized care services for patients in Womens Clinic including High Risk and AtRisk patients by provider referral. Interacts with care team patient/family and outside agencies.
- Identify resources to ensure followup appointments are met and kept based on discharged instructions.
- Participates with Service Unit administrative and community outreach activities including QI projects.
