Job Description

Job Title: RN Womens Health
Location: Chinle AZ 86503
Duration: 1 year (options for 26 weeks or fulltime)
Start Date: February 2025
Shift Schedule: 8AM 5PM (Monday to Friday)
Qualification:
License: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS
Experience: 3 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year in the specialty
Drivers License
Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled comprehensive nursing care. Does triage treatments and maintain health records. Does patient assessments followup and evaluates outcomes. Develops individual care plans.
  • Provide contraceptive counseling and nursing care of prenatal postpartum and gynecological patients. Recognize complications and implement appropriate therapeutic intervention required
  • Coordinate routine and specialized care services for patients in Womens Clinic including High Risk and AtRisk patients by provider referral. Interacts with care team patient/family and outside agencies.
  • Identify resources to ensure followup appointments are met and kept based on discharged instructions.
  • Participates with Service Unit administrative and community outreach activities including QI projects.
