Job Description:
As an Actuary at Augmentjobs you will analyze statistical data to assess risk and uncertainty in insurance and financial sectors. Your role will involve developing mathematical models conducting financial forecasts and providing insights to support strategic decisionmaking. You will collaborate with underwriters finance teams and management to develop pricing strategies and ensure the companys financial health. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills a detailoriented mindset and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Education:
A bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Actuarial Science or a related field is required. Candidates with a masters degree or pursuing professional actuarial certifications (e.g. SOA CAS) will be preferred.
Experience:
Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in actuarial analysis with a proven track record in risk assessment pricing strategies and financial modeling.
