JOB : LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
LOCATION:
PENNSYLVANIA:
(Travel Contracts ): Chambersburg PA 17201 Bedford PA 15522 & (Local Only): York PA 17408 Lebanon PA 17042 West Reading PA 19611 Sunbury PA 17801 Dallastown PA 17313 Bethlehem PA 18017 Pittsburgh PA 15220
FACILITY:
- Genesis and PACS
SHIFT INFORMATION:
- 8s12s hours shifts available
PAY RATES: $37 $50 per hour (Negotiable)
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN or healthcare team.
- Provide patient care including assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and medical histories.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active LPN license .
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN (preferred)
