THE OPPORTUNITY
Type: Hourly (FullTime)
When: MondayFriday 8AM to 4:30PM CST or 9AM 5:30PM CST (depends on our current staff and needs)
Where: Work from Home (BUSINESS or CONSULTANT TEAM)
What: IT Sales and Support Engineer/Consultant/Specialist (Depends on team and role)
Day to Day: In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering cuttingedge technologies to businesses with the occasional assistance to home users subscribed to our premium home support experience. Your daily tasks will include providing enduser support recommending IT solutions and addressing client dilemmas with innovative software solutions. The focus of your role is to ensure an exceptional IT experience for our clients striking a balance between sales and support responsibilities throughout the work week. This role involves working closely with businesses generally on a billable hourly rate to solve their technical obstacles. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is a key aspect of the job. You will continuously expand your knowledge base encountering new learning opportunities each day. REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
35 years of related work experience at a MSP or MSSP
Active Directory and Group Policy experience
Strong Sales and Customer Relationship Skills
Proficient with Windows Operating Systems Microsoft Office Windows Server and VPN Configuration
Ability to troubleshoot software issues
Office 365 proficient
Excellent communications skills and the ability to instruct nontechnical users
Willingness to work as part of a team to deliver quality service to our clients
Time management and task prioritization skills
Experience performing onsite services and projects
BONUS POINTS PREFERRED SKILLS
Cisco/Datto switches and SonicWall/Watchguard Firewalls
60 WPM
Powershell and command line (scripting)
Platform experience in: Auvik Connectwise Automate Connectwise Control Acronis Repairshopr IT Glue
ITIL best practices followed
Certifications
AS/BS Degree

Were located at 344 North Washington Street in downtown Saint Croix Falls WI on highway 87. We are open Monday through Friday 10 A.M. to 6 P.M and Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM
